The restaurant wine-bar “Pan et Vin”, in Antey St. Andre’ (AO), is a typical restaurant of the Aosta Valley, built in the authentic local architecture and managed with experience.
Inside, the nice location offers 30 seating at the main floor and 40 further in the tavern.

In the external area, there is a large garden surrounded by flowers and trees in which you could have dinner and then relax yourself on comfortable deck-chairs at the Matterhorns shade, or for a romantic supper at the candle-light. After returning from a day on the slopes, “Pan et Vin” offers to you typical Valle d’Aosta snacks and appetizers.
On request, during the summer season you can also enjoy the grill.

In the restaurant many dishes are inspired by peasant recipes, coupled to great wines.
“Pan et Vin” proposes typical dishes as Risotto with porcini mushrooms, Polenta taragna with game stew, Polenta concia, fresh pasta with hare sauce or porcini mushrooms, salt meat as boudin, salsiccetta di cinghiale, motzetta, jambon de bosses, lardo d’Arnad, coppa al ginepro and fontina.
Dishes of learnedly grilled meat, deer in civet, valdostana beefsteak, bollito, tomini freschi.

On requests we prepare for our Guests other typical dishes as bagna cauda and panissa, that are typical dishes of Piedmont. 
Many of the dishes follow the seasonality of products.

 

Large area for barbecue and parties outside. The tavern is available for business or group suppers.
